A book about Ken McFadyen, Australia’s Vietnam War artist has just been published. It’s interesting that while cameras were able to capture almost everything that happened during the Vietnam war, Australia still sent an official war artist to filter the images of Australian’s in that war through a creative mind to produce evocative and focussed reflections of the war.
