Hello Rev. Stuart,
You wrote a short article entitled Old And Gray some time ago. I would like to reprint the story in our churche’s newsletter and I wonder if you would give your permission? I would of course attribute to the story to you.
Thankng you in advance for your consideration, I am, In Christ;s service,

Hi mr Stewart I don’t know if you remember me but I have thought of you and your family a lot over the years. My dad was Angus Davis Munro from dunure. You were the minister over here and when he passed suddenly you took his funeral service.
You were close with my dad and mum. If you remember the rounders at Kennedy park.
I was his oldest daughter Karen who had a little girl jade his first granddaughter if he had still been with us today he would be blessed with another three granddaughters from myself and five from my three sisters along with two grandsons.
I have just completed my nurse training and have qualified with a degree in adult nursing. So hopefully he is looking down on us all feeling proud.
Hope you and your family are well.
Kind regards
Karen x x
Hi Karen, I was thinking about your Dad and Mum, as well as your grandparents, just the other day. Your Dad was one of my best friends in Scotland and I have very fond memories of the times we shared together. His sudden death was a great shock to all of us and I worried about how your mum, you, and your sisters would cope over the years.
I think that its tremendous that you have taken up the nursing profession and I wish you every success in the future. Your Dad would have been very proud of you and of your own family too.
If you ever use Facebook, I’m on there sharing what I still do over here in Knoxville, Tennessee.
God bless you Karen. Tell your folks and your sisters that I was asking for them…:)
